Our 120 acre farm has been run by Chris’s family for generations. His great-grandparents raised dairy cattle. His grandparents later took over the farm and they too rasied dairy cattle for a time before switching to beef cattle. Chris grew up spending every free moment on the farm with his grandpa. He began raising his own beef cattle at a very young age. After his grandparents passed away, he picked up right where they left off and started running the farm in addition to his full-time job and family obligations. He continued with the beef cattle and soon branched out to include raising pigs, and eventually poultry. Hopefully one of our four children will take over the farm one day and continue the tradition!
