Our beef cows are an angus-hereford cross.  We birth and raise our own calves on the farm.  All of our cows are pasture raised, with a supplement of hay during the winter months.  They receive no growth hormones, uneccessary antibiotics, or other chemicals.  They are fed no grain.

*In addition to individual cuts of beef,  we also sell a limited number of cows by the half, quarter, or whole cow each fall. These are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing bulk beef.
